Sunday I spent most of the day in my apartment resting and doing some work on the project. Later in the evening we journeyed to the Lunar New Years Fair. The fair was in Victoria Park which is near Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island. We got off the MTR a stop early and got to walk along the harbor and see a typhoon shelter.
We were told that this was a market so we were expecting some shopping. This was much more of a gimicky fair. There were booths and it was MOBBED with people. There was tons of food, a flower area, and lots of carnival type things to buy. I got another water bottle pouch with a panda on it. I also got a dragon stuffed animal because it was the year of the dragon and it was lucky.
The following are shots from walking along the water, messing with my camera settings.
